The Red Wine Negroamaro IGT Radicicomes from clay soils of the Salento area. It is vinified through fermentation with maceration, is aged in steel for 8 months and then in bottle.
Aroma:
intense, full and fragrant, with precise notes of ripe red fruits (cherry and plum) and berries (blackberry and raspberry).
Taste:
on the palate it is rich, soft and extremely drinkable with silky, well-developed tannins.
Uses:
Excellent to combine with first courses of earth or stuffed pasta and also with second courses of meat. Perfect with grilled Fiorentina, cup roast and grilled ribs.
