The Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bell’Omio Agrestis is an olive oil able to enhance the most demanding palate, it’s a monocultivar from Tonda Iblea, manufactured with centuries-old trees, able to enhance perfectly the territorial peculiarity where it is produced in harmony with the envirorment.
Aroma:
to the nose are perceived fruity perfumes of green tomato and clean reminding of fresh aromatic herbs
Taste:
to the palate it shows aromatic and with a good fluidity, it owns vegetal taste of green tomatoe and notes of bitter and pungency in perfect balance. with a closing of dry fruit reminding.
