The White Wine Loré Chardonnay Trentino DOC by Agraria Riva del Garda is produced with the finest grapes from vineyards ideally suited to cultivate the Chardonnay and Manzoni Bianco variety. The vineyards are selected and managed in collaboration with the Consortium for the Protection of Tenno. The ideal serving temperature is 10-12°C.
Aroma:
it presents an explosion of splendidly elegant, persistent notes on the nose, with overtones that go from Golden Delicious apples to exotic fruits, through to the spring blossom of acacia and hints linked to the passage in vanilla wood and hazelnut.
Taste:
in the mouth it is rich and profound, embracing the palate with great intensity and good structure, it is velvety, fresh with a rich mineral vein.
Uses:
Alone as an aperitif. First and second courses of fish (sea or freshwater) or crustaceans.
